Description

An incredible Tsuge pipe, designed in Japan:

Tsuge is one of the most important brands when talking about Japanese pipes. Located in Tokyo, the workshop creates incredible pipes with sometimes very surprising designs...

This pipe of the Spider collection is designed the same way than Tsuge The Roulette pipes. We can therefore find a removable bowl (made with dark sandblasted briar on this model), an internal settling chamber that allows a smoother and drier smoke in the mouth, as well as a shank (made with anodised aluminium) and a stem that can be removed. Cleaning this pipe is therefore easier.

A convenient pipe with a lid:

The main characteristic of Tsuge's Spider Cocktail pipes is their lid. Their design has been carefully thought through because the lid always has a purpose:

  • at the top of the bowl when you do not smoke
  • under the bowl when you smoke

You can, for example, put the lid at the top of the bowl when carrying your pipe with you. You can therefore pack your tobacco in the pipe and then put the lid on so that tobacco will not fall off the pipe. Very convenient!

The name of the pipe comes from the spider that can be seen on the lid. Regarding the word "Cocktail", it simply comes from the fact that the shape of the bowl looks like a cocktail glass.
