The history of the Chacom brand:

Founded in 1928, two families are at the origin of the Chacom brand: Chapuis and Comoy. The name Chacom comes from the first three letters of each name ("Cha" and "Com"). Chacom quickly established itself as the French pipe par excellence. Now based in Villard-Saint-Sauveur, just next to Saint-Claude, the Chacom workshop continues to uphold this tradition.

Each pipe is crafted from quality briar, a wood renowned for its heat resistance, durability, and unique aesthetic qualities.

With around twenty employees, the Chacom pipe factory is one of the largest in the pipe-making town. Thanks to Mr. Antoine Grenard, head of Chapuis-Comoy, new pipe collections are released every year.
