All our pipes and accessories are available immediately, unless otherwise stated. Shipments are made every day, Monday to Friday.

All our parcels are shipped by La Poste - Colissimo Suivi. Delivery times and rates vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen:

📦 Track my parcel delivery
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Colissimo tracking link. This link allows you to track the progress of your delivery step by step.
You can also access this tracking information at any time in your customer account on pipe.fr:
- Go to the "Order history and details" section
- Click on the relevant order to view your parcel number and access the tracking link
