How to pay my order?

Credit card payment is a simple, fast and secured method of payment in order to pay for your purchases on www.pipe.fr. All transactions are perfectly safe, because the payment is immediately done with our banking partner Payplug.

Payment security by internet and the protection of our clients datas is our priority. This is why, when paying by credit card, you may have to perform  a process of authentication (called "3D Secure"). This supplementary validation procedure can change according to your issuing bank. You will then be invited to enter a code received  by SMS, mail or by your bank app.

Paying by bank check is really easy. First, you will have to confirm your order on our website www.pipe.fr, selecting "Pay by check" payment method, then send us your envelope by La Poste, to the following adress: La Pipe Rit, 9 place de l'abbaye, 39200 Saint-Claude. The check is to be labeled to La Pipe Rit.

When ordered, the selected items are reserved for you for a period of 15 days. Beyond these 15 days and without reception of your check, the order will be canceled.

It is also possible to pay in 3 times. For that, you will have to send 3 identical checks when making your order. The amount of each check should be equal to a third of the total of your order. the first will be immediately collected, then the 2 others will be collected the following  two months.

Paying by bank transfer is really easy. First, you will have to to confirm your order on our website www.pipe.fr, selecting "pay by bank wire" payment method. You will then automatically receive our bank coordinates by e-mail in order to procede to the bank transfer. Do not forget to indicate your order number in the order of the transfer.

When ordered, the selected items are reserved for you for a period of 15 days. Beyond these 15 days and without reception of your wire transfer, the order will be canceled.

The processing time can be up to 4 business days. Moreover, French legislation does not allow the receipt of a SEPA transfer on weekends and holidays. After the bank transfer executed, we ask you to please wait during that interbank period. Our team will confirm your order as quickly as possible.
