This combination is no coincidence since cork is a great thermal insulator. To our knowledge, there are no other craftspeople who can make this combination of materials for such a great result. Tom Spanu Sughero pipes are very different compared to all the pipes that you may have seen before.
We are very proud to propose them on our website, because these pipes are the last handmade models that Tommaso Spanu made between 2010 and 2015.

Tom Spanu is nowadays considered as one of the best pipe makers in the world. This talented craftsman dedicated most of his time to his passion: pipe making. Most of his creations are very original, and some of them are even outstanding.
Tommaso Spanu always said that he liked to make pipes depending on the grain of the wood and the shapes he could create.
