Description
The "Marcus" is a corn pipe made by the famous American brand "Missouri Meerschaum Company". This model has a lot of characteristics in common with the "Mark Twain" pipe, except for its size. It is smaller than the Mark Twain, and has a different finish.
The bowl has been coated with the special varnish invented by Missouri Meerschaum. This finish gives a darker color to the corn, and makes it more resistant. As with every corn cob pipe, it can last for a long time if properly taken care of (remember to smoke your corn pipe slowly). The corn has the advantage of absorbing impurities contained in the smoke, which will make your smoking experience even more enjoyable!
This pipe has a flared bowl. Its design fits comfortably in the hand but is also very elegant! The shank is in hardwood and the stem (no filter) is especially short (when compared to the Mark Twain).
Due to the nature of corn cobs, the finish of this pipe can present more or less irregularities depending on the model. This is perfectly normal and only adds to the charm and character of each pipe!
