Chacom must be the most appreciated pipe brand in France. Pipe smokers obviously know the brand because Chapuis-Comoy started its activities in 1825. After almost 200 years of existence, it is noawadays one of the oldest pipe manufacture in the world! At Chacom, craftspeople are very proud to perpetuate the traditional skills required for pipe manufacturing. This know-how is actually passed down from generation to generation within the company. Antoine Grenard, current manager of the firm, has told us that the aim of Chapuis-Comoy has always been the same: proposing briar pipes of great quality for all tobacco enthusiasts.
