The Butz-Choquin brand is one of the historic pillars of the pipe industry in France. Our La Pipe Rit shop has a special relationship with the workshop and the craftsmen who work there, as we are located less than a mile from the factory. All Butz-Choquin collections have been available in our pipe shop in Saint-Claude since 1996.
As you might guess from the name, it was the world of cars, and Formula 1 cars in particular, that inspired the craftsmen to design these Butz-Choquin Formula pipes. The black pipes suggest the luxury and elegance of Lamborghinis, while the red pipes are immediately reminiscent of the iconic Ferrari cars. In either case, these coloured pipes are a revisited version of the traditional smoking pipe. At www.pipe.fr, we have selected only the finest models fitted with a 9mm filter. This filter is much appreciated by many smokers, as it retains the impurities of the tobacco without altering the taste.
