Founded in 1858 (almost 170 years ago), the firm Butz-Choquin was one of the first companies to make pipes in Saint-Claude. Little by little, it became one of Saint-Claude's biggest pipe factory by proposing models with different shapes. Nowadays, the production of Butz-Choquin pipes has decreased, but we are very proud at La Pipe Rit to be able to propose these magnificent pipes made in France.
