Gubbels or the "Royal Dutch Pipe Factory":

Since 1951, the Gubbels factory has been producing Big Ben pipes in the Netherlands. Yes, Big Ben pipes are indeed made in Holland, not the UK as their name might suggest! To avoid any ambiguity, the company was even awarded the title of "Royal Dutch Pipe Factory" in 1972 by Queen Juliana of the Netherlands. Today, the Gubbels workshop is renowned for its expertise in lacquered pipes (i.e. coloured pipes) as well as for its short pipes of the 'brûle gueule' type (nosewarmer).
