Peterson Rosslare: a high-end pipe with spigot mount
Peterson Rosslare pipes are actually designed with premium briar. Moreover, a 925 sterling silver band decorates the shank and strengthens the junction between the head of the pipe and the stem.
A pipe inspired by the sun of Rosslare, a town in southern Ireland
The Rosslare series also exists with a rusticated or smooth finish (the latter is also known as "Royal Irish"). In both cases, the vast majority of Peterson Rosslare pipes is equipped with an orange/yellow acrylic stem. You may ask why they chose such a design. You have to know that Rosslare is actually a town located South of County Wexford, and it is known for being the sunniest place in Ireland (explaining why the stem is of an orange/yellow color).
