Description
This pipe is a handcrafted piece, made in Italy by the pipe maker Luigi Viprati. The Italian master only selects the prettiest briar to make his pipes, that come from the regions of Liguria, Tuscany, Calabria and Corsica (where the highest-quality wood can be found). The craftsman chose to give this pipe a grade of 1 cross/clover (the highest grade being 5) to this creation.
The Viprati n°58 pipe has a cross grain, that features some gorgeous birdseye on the left side of the bowl, and horizontal flames on the front and back of the bowl.
Regarding the fit in hand, this pipe is a true delight. It will also be extremely pleasant to smoke, with its thick bowl. This will make it less hot when holding it in hand.
This Viprati comes with an acrylic stem and the end of the shank is adorned with a pretty ring, also made of acrylic.
The pipe comes with a felt pouch and a Viprati box.
